Delivery
Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man
We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Well, the birds are queuing up to eat, so the seeds must be tasty. The black nigella seeds go first. Delivery was pretty quick despite a hiccup with the courier, and the price is good. I wonder how long a bag will last with so many birds coming to feed?

Great service! Got these seeds for my lovely Mum's Mother's Day pressy, so she can watch the birds from her kitchen. The filled feeders instantly attract masses of sparrows, hedge sparrows, blue tits, etc. with wood pigeons waddling about underneath picking up the remnants. A young squirrel has a snack from the non-squirrel-proof feeder! Wonderful:-)

We buy the Mixed Seed regularly. It is our birds favourite. I mix it with chopped peanuts. Even more popular than suet nibbles and whole peanuts. Over a year we have over 40 species of birds visiting our garden as seen from our kitchen window. The Mixed Seed is relatively low price. The only drawback is that some of the seeds are small and fall on the ground, but the ground feeding birds soon mop them up, including robins, blackbirds and pigeons etc.

The birds in my garden, whether ground feeders or those who prefer a hanging feeder, love this seed mix. I do put a variety of seeds and fats for them all to attract and help as many species as possible, but this is a great all rounder. The speed of despatch delivery is very quick.
