Delivery
Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man
We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

I use Robin and Friends in a hanging feeder with dome which allows Sparrows and Starlings, excellent And in ground feeder with dome and protective cage which allows Robins and Sparrows. The feeder is very close to the door and is great watching over breakfast.

unfortunatley I was sent 2 bags of this and my order for wheat was not delivered so I paid for an extra bag of Robin etc as I use this all the time and my wheat was then delivered. I have since realised the black sunflower seed was also not delivered.???? Very disappointing as usually all works so smoothly and quality is excellent.

The smaller birds, robins, sparrows and tits eat the smaller grains and suet while the jackdaws, crows, magpies and rooks love the raisins and suet. The pigeons, both wood and feral hoover up everything! Even the visiting foxes and resident hedgehogs enjoy it. Really good mix

Since using VHF bird food, I do have more variety of smaller birds who appreciate a higher quality food mix. Unfortunately, so do the pigeons!

Excellent mix of feed with meal worms suet pellets and no cheap fillers. The range of birds we get visiting the garden with this quality food is fantastic. We regularly get a pair of Jays visit every day in the winter. Vine Farm superb easy to order and excellent next day delivery.

This is the third year I've had this mix and all the finch type birds absolutely go crazy for it. Even Robins can balance on the feeders for it. I only wish I could have it on a flat feeder but there are too many other demanding 'mouths' , squirrels, jackdaws, magpies, crows etc but they do quite well from what is knocked out anyway. They are all so hungry and early this year, is it going to be a hard winter this year?

The wild birds love this mix, if I don't put the food out quickly enough one of the robins is bouncing up and down on the bird table calling to me each morning. It is also a very useful bribe to get the chickens back in their pen!

The pigeons and white doves love the food, I counted 32 on the roof!!. It's cost me £87 to have the gutters cleaned of feathers. Never mind they are lovely to watch, and the food is excellent good quality! The robins don't get a lookin.

Our Robin bird food is a special mix that contains different food sources. These have all been selected to appeal to Robins, as well as other soft-billed birds.
This bird food contains chopped peanuts, berry suet pellets, sunflower hearts, sunflower heart chips, pinhead oats, rolled naked oats, dried mealworms and sultanas. This is one of our best selling ground food mixes.
This Robin seed mix is ideal for feeding on bird tables and on the ground. It includes chopped peanuts, so you do not need to worry about Robins choking on whole peanuts with our Robin and Friends Mix.
All soft-billed species will love the small-bite sized sunflower heart chips and Blackbirds will adore the inclusion of sultanas.
