Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man
We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands.

These logs are loved by the birds. I don't have a 'proper' dispenser for them (as shown in the photos on the site) but they fit perfectly well, 4 at a time, in a suet block holder.

When ordered these logs was unsure as to there exact size, however they are just right for squeezing into spaces and encourage the birds to search for them.

Excellent but our bird feeder normally takes a giant version, so I had to manipulate 4 of the logs into the feeder.

The starlings are the stars of the show here - very acrobatic and quarrelsome. The blue tits get in as much as they are allowed but the starlings are very pushy.

The suet logs are going down fine with the birds. Just one thing - I should like to have known the measurement of the logs (i.e. centimetres across} to know whether they would fit into my log/ball feeder. As it is they are a bit small for the feeder I have.

Birds love it, in fact we are having trouble keeping them supplied. The bierds which love it are all tits, Long tailes, Blue, Great and Coal. Dunnuks spend a lot of time under the feeder grabing what is dropped. No waste.

I personally found these suet logs a bit lacking in taste - even with the addition of some sugar and milk, but all my garden birds love them. I pile them into a squirrel proof holder 6 0r 7 at a time and this morning 7 young Tits - Blue and Great were feeding happily. Long Tails come in gangs of 8 at least and take over for a while. Blackbirds flap around grabbing a mouthful where they can, an even a Dunnock crept up the creeper and slipped in or a quick snack from the bottom of the container.

I have been using these suet logs for many years and have difficulty in keeping the feeding cage full they love it. Birds mainly drawn to them in my garden are Long tailed tits, blue tits, coal tits, great tits and Black cap. Suet droppings under the cage are hoovered up by Blackbird, Dunnock and Robin in particular, a wonderful product.
