Orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via DHL on a no signature delivery service; simply advise us where to leave your bags. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Some orders less than 1kg in weight will come by Royal Mail.
Orders for Live Mealworms are sent directly from our supplier via Royal Mail. They are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 12pm Mon-Thurs; no orders are dispatched on a Friday. Please allow four working days for orders to arrive.
If you have not received your order within seven working days please contact us on 01775 630208.
We now deliver to all of mainland UK with no extra delivery charge. Please note that some postcode areas that are classed as Scottish Islands and Highlands may take 2-3 working days to arrive. For deliveries outside of these areas a £10 charge will be applied. Postcode areas affected include HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56, KA27 and KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man

I have a large variety of birds in my garden and they all love the ultimate energy mix no sooner have I put it on the bird table and in feeders and they are all fighting over it, I only buy from Vine House now, it may be a bit more expensive but there is never any waste so more cost effective in the end.

Have used this product for several years. The birds love it and thee is never any mess left. I didn't know the robins liked suet pellets or the they would learn to land on the hanging feeders to get them.

Living in Scotland. we can have some very challenging weather. I have been using this mixture for several years and the bird love it. Whilst it is quite expensive compared with some other products, it is packed full of sunflower seeds and suet pieces and there is never any waste.

It's a go good quality mix which the birds seem to enjoy it's a shame that it comes in 20kg bags instead of 25 as means I have to order more often and until I get used to it liable to run out especially as its winter and more demands from the birds.

Although the birds are eating it, they are not as enthusiastic as your 'general mix' I've tried. Normally everything disappears within one day, but this food is lasting all week. An ideal mixed seed for the cold winter months, breeding season or when you simply want to give your wild birds a treat. Our Ultimate Energy with Suet contains sunflower heart chips, sunflower hearts, chopped peanuts, kibbled maize, suet pellets and pinhead oats. A bird food mix that your wild birds will want to keep coming back to your feeders for more. Ultimate Energy with Suet bird food can be fed in seed feeders, on bird tables and ground feeders. Please note that this is quite a fine mix of seed and the seeds may get sticky in very damp conditions.
